Kit Kat has released Birthday Cake 🎂. Since I celebrated my birthday this month, this share seems extra cool. I can connect this memory of the Kit Kat candy to my 48th year! It's like when connect a memory of Missy Elliots Work It song to their brand. They used a snippet of the song and imagery of a Kit Kat broken in half, along with the tag line "Breaks Are Good. Have One!" Limited editions can be used to revive a brand giving it new life and offering consumers a new way to experience their favorite brand. Sales often increase, people start talking about the brand, comparisons on flavor of the original candy happen and the Limited edition release can even spark new interest in the brand. As a Customer Service Representative in the Convenience Store Environment , my role is to ensure the Kit Kat brand and every brand gets exposure. Introducing it to our Customers. The first step, get it out on display to make it visible. Next, know how to introduce it to our Customers in a non pushy manner during conversation. This means being aware of our inventory. Your store may have an app like we do where information may be available about new brands/releases or even special promotions and freebies. Encourage your customers to download the app so they will be aware of new releases. Brand's may partner with your employer. We even have Teeshirts to wear for special promotions sometimes. It's another way to create awareness without even saying a word. I often wear my Teeshirts when I'm grocery shopping, doing laundry or when I'm out and about once the primotion period ends. Its free advertising. I'm always happy to keep my tees. After serving at Circle K for over 4 years, I have so many comfortable tees.
